Privacy policy

Last updated 5 October 2026

This notice explains how Zynowix Private Limited (Zynowix, we, us) handles personal information when you visit this website, email us, or choose to book a call. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

What information we handle

If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. The questions on our contact page remain in your browser until you choose to open the booking calendar or email draft. At that point, your selected answers are added to the calendar notes or email draft; they are not submitted to Zynowix by this website on their own.

Our hosting infrastructure may receive technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, pages requested and timestamps, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles.

Why we use it

We use enquiries to respond, arrange and prepare for calls, discuss possible services, maintain relevant business correspondence, and protect or operate the website. These activities are based on your request, our legitimate business interests, or legal obligations as applicable. If we introduce a new purpose that needs consent, we will ask separately before using your information for it.

Who receives it

Our website host and email service provider may process information needed to deliver the site and correspondence. When you choose the booking link, you leave our site for Cal.com; the prefilled notes you chose may be sent to that service. Its own privacy notice governs your interaction there. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers may process information outside Sri Lanka, subject to their own arrangements and applicable safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use this website, only if you choose “Allow analytics” in our cookie notice. Until then no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set. If you allow it, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) and IP addresses are anonymised; we do not use advertising cookies or advertising features. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again; that preference is not sent to us. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie information” in the footer; withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies. Cal.com may use its own cookies after you choose to visit its booking page.

We will update this notice and add an appropriate choice before introducing optional tracking on this site. Hosting or services configured outside this codebase should be checked separately before launch.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence and booking information only as long as needed to handle an enquiry, maintain a business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. The exact period depends on the nature of the contact and applicable requirements. Browser storage for the notice remains on your device until you remove it.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at [email protected] to ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a concern. We will assess requests under applicable law. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also contact the Sri Lankan Data Protection Authority where the law provides a complaint route.

Changes to this notice

We may update this page as our services or data practices change. The date above shows the latest version. For general website-use terms, see our Terms of Use.
